A full-service disc jockey company will normally invest 12 to 30 hours to your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for "5 hours". Consultations, music purchasing & editing, preparation, set-up and tear-down, education and other business related endeavors add up to the overall success of your special occasion.

Although tips are great, Ace Entertainment does not require them nor will an Ace Entertainment Disc Jockey ask for them at the end of an event. Tipping is at your discretion. If you feel that your Disc Jockey did a good job, a tip is a great way to thank him or her.

It is against Ace Entertainment policy for our performer’s to consumes alcoholic beverages before, during, or after the event, while representing Ace Entertainment.

The alternative to a Fog Machine is a Bubble Machine. Once booked, Ace Entertainment will contact the Venue and confirm the booking and regulations enforced by that venue.

Yes Ace Entertainment can, and will perform at themed events. With notification Ace Entertainment can decorate their booth as well as perform in costumes appropriate to the theme.

Sorry, but at this time we currently do not have a Show Room to view and sample set-ups and or equipment.

Yes we can provide lapel and/or handheld wireless microphones for events.

Yes we currently offer this upgrade for all events. The total for this add-on is $400.00 for the projector, screen and audio. Ace Entertainment can also create your video montage/Slide show for $100 for every 10 minutes of footage. All pictures and song choices must be submitted 60 days prior to the event.

The basic and formal packages both include two 15" Samson speakers which can power a room of up to 150 people. Ace Entertainment offers upgrades for events requiring more power. Upgrades include sub-woofers, bi-amped amplifiers, and extra speakers. See the price list for details.

Yes Ace Entertainment Disc Jockeys are familiar with several different wedding games to keep your guests entertained during dinner. We also have several different games that we can use to excuse guests from there tables to get dinner.

We do not take breaks during the events. If there is a reason one Disc Jockey needs to leave the booth/system, one will always be there to insure nothing goes wrong.

Ace Entertainment requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Both Disc Jockeys dress appropriately for the event. During all formal events disc jockeys wear tuxedos.

Yes, Ace Entertainment offers pre-event conferences.

The Basic Package is for Non-Formal events such as Back-Yard parties and Non-Formal Dances. Weddings are priced as Formal events.
